Krista's Restaurant
25 Minutes away in Cornish Village, ME
Sometimes, you just need to go out to dinner. We are a family of foodies. Krista's is, by far, the best restaurant in the area and is also close by.
"We feel that a dining experience is made up of more than just food… it’s the atmosphere, the river off our back porch, the hibiscus blooming on the patio… but mostly, it’s the staff that knows my mission and executes it well. Our head chef Mike Pirinni makes sure that there are plenty of top notch specials available, Krista heads up the baking department and Tammy McNeil makes sure that all your servers are taking care of you in the best possible way…"

In the few years prior to opening in 1954, the founders, Bob and Ruth Morrell, had purchased a large number of dolls from Germany based on storybook characters. This was the basis for the park. When it opened, it had just one ride: an old fire truck. By the end of the 20th century, the park spanned some 35 acres and had over 20 rides.
